JONESBORO – Police are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday evening in the 3000 block of Griffin Street.
At approximately 7 p.m., Jonesboro police officers received a report of a possible shooting incident. A short time later, a male arrived at a nearby hospital suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
The Jonesboro Police Department (JPD) is urging anyone with information related to the incident to contact them at 935-5657.
