JONESBORO, Ark. – Authorities are investigating a report involving a subject allegedly having intercourse without consent with a victim, a report with JPD said.
The report was taken by Jonesboro officers on March 23 at a local hospital. Most information in reports of sex crimes is masked but police were told between 4 AM and 5 AM, a 30-year-old white male subject force himself onto a 28-year-old female. The woman was observed with bruising to her neck while officers spoke to her in the emergency room department.
Most other details including the investigative narrative were masked in the police report while authorities conduct their investigation.
