JONESBORO – Arkansas State University will return to regular operations on Friday, Feb. 3, with on-campus classes and all academic and business offices open at their normal times.
The university’s support areas for campus residents will also resume regular operational hours today.
The university closed for three days due to a significant winter weather event this week.
While most areas were cleared of ice accumulation, everyone is cautioned to be on the lookout for lingering slippery areas and take caution near building entrances.
A-State reminds all students that if they believe their local street unsafe for travel, please consult the Provost’s Inclement Weather Policy as it relates to classes, especially for our commuter students and our AOS distant students who may still have power or connectivity issues.
For ongoing updates, please check the university main website, AState.edu, and the university’s official social media accounts Facebook.com/ArkansasState and Twitter.com/ArkansasState.
