PARAGOULD, Ark. – Two Paragould School District employees are on leave amid two separate, unrelated investigations into misconduct, a late Friday release said.
The release was sent by Rebecca Worsham of Mixon & Worsham PLC, the law firm that represents the school.
On February 6, 2020, the Paragould School District received reports of employee misconduct occurring in the classroom and the weight room. These are separate incidents and involve different employees. Two employees are currently on administrative leave while the district is conducting two investigations. Due to the employee protections afforded under Arkansas law, the school district and its superintendent can have no further comment at this time.
No other information was available.
