Randolph County goes wet

POCAHONTAS, Ark. – It took a lot of work, but Randolph County finally decided to go wet in 2018.

With large voter turnout and strong support, voters passed the wet measure Tuesday night. Unofficial vote totals showed, 3,213 for, 2,413 against.

In percentages, 57% of voters decided on making the county wet, with 43% wanting to keep it dry.

Of the 5,626 votes cast, 3,544 were done so during early voting.
