CROSS COUNTY, Ark. – A release describes the arrest of a man on allegations of rape and sexual grooming of a child, among other charges.
On 03/03/2018 Sgt. Clanton and Deputy Mitleff served an oustanding warrant on (Daniel Scrape, Vandale) after Detectives investigating a sex crime involving a juvenile.
During the arrest Deputies located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on his person.
Daniel Scrape is currently being held on a $150,000.00 bond and will receive a seperate bond in relation to the most recent drug charges. Daniel Scrape was charged with the below crimes:
RAPE “CLASS Y FELONY”
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE “METH” CLASS D FELONY”
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA” CLASS D FELONY ”
SEXUALLY GROOMING A CHILD” CLASS D FELONY”
CRIMINAL USE OF PROHIBITED WEAPON ” CLASS D FELONY ”
