JONESBORO, Ark. – A heavy theft happened to a Craighead County farmer this week in Jonesboro.
On Thursday, August 24, Craighead County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Highway 158 in reference to a theft.
The complainant stated his John Deere well motor had been stolen from his farm on CR 685.
The well motor was stolen sometime between 8-18-17 and 8-23-17. The trailer the motor was attached to did not have tires and the unit weighs several thousand pounds according to the owner.
