JONESBORO, Ark. – The 800-block of West Matthews Avenue was ripe with police activity Tuesday evening in Jonesboro.
Sometime as early as 7:30 p.m., but possibly earlier, JPD was dispatched to the area, near the intersection of Olive Street, to deal with the domestic dispute involving two brothers, said JPD Information Specialist Paul Holmes.
One of the men received a non-life threatening cut to the hand during the fight, Holmes said. He was transported to the hospital to be treated.
The man was likely to be arrested for third degree domestic battery after treatment, Holmes said, based on what officers at the scene told him.
No other information was available at the time of this report.
