Man accused of exposing himself to Pizza driver

JONESBORO, Ark. – A delivery woman showed up to a man’s residence to deliver pizza when she said he exposed himself to her Saturday afternoon in Jonesboro.

At 3:30 p.m., JPD Officer Rayonica Thomas took the report from the female driver, 27, who works for Pizza Hut. She said she had just delivered a pizza to 3900-Griffin Street to an apartment when the man, 26, answered the door. She had to knock a number of times, she said. The man peeked his head out the barely opened door, at first, and then opened it completely. He was nude, she said.

The driver said she cussed him. While he tried to explain something to her, she said she wouldn’t listen because he was totally naked. she left the location and called her manager.

Police went to the unit and made contact with the man, who denied the allegations. He said he hid himself behind the wall of his apartment and there was no way the delivery driver could have seen him completely naked. However, the officer took note that he kept saying he “only had his shirt off but did not confirm that he had on pants or shorts to cover his penis so the delivery driver did not see it.”

He was cited on misdemeanor disorderly conduct for exposing his private parts in public. He will appear in court at 1 p.m. on August 16.
