JONESBORO – The Department of Music at Arkansas State University will present the Youth Orchestra in the “Jonesboro String Extravaganza” concert on Monday, Oct. 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. It is free and the public is welcome to attend.
This group is under the direction of new A-State faculty member, Chi Young Song, coordinator of strings and instructor of violin and viola. The Youth Orchestra has room for more members, so anyone who wishes to join in November is welcome to do so.
