Ballot Draw happens today at noon

JONESBORO, Ark. – The order of the candidates in Craighead County on the November ballot will be determined at ‘high noon’ Monday.

More specifically, Craighead County Clerk Kade Holliday has announced the ballot draw for the county will happen at the election annex in Jonesboro at noon Monday.

Candidates or a proxy may draw for their position on the ballot, according to an email sent by Holliday to candidates Monday morning. If neither are present, either a party chairman or an election commissioner will draw on their behalf.

Holliday also plans to publish the results on his Facebook page at or before 5 p.m. Monday.

NEA Report will publish the results of the ballot draw once they are made available.
