Vitamin Wellness Clinic ‘The B-12 Store’ Opening Inside Soul Shine Studios

JONESBORO, Ark. — A new wellness concept combining fitness, recovery and medically overseen vitamin therapy will debut in Jonesboro when The B-12 Store opens inside Soul Shine Studios on March 16.

The new venture, owned by Gina and Brandon Cain, will provide vitamin injections and IV wellness therapies designed to support energy, immune health and recovery. The services will be available to both Soul Shine members and the general public.

By delivering vitamins directly into the body through injections, the clinic aims to provide faster nutrient absorption compared with traditional supplements.

“Soul Shine has always been about helping people become the best version of themselves,” said Gina Cain. “Adding The B-12 Store inside our space allows us to expand that mission by offering science-backed wellness solutions that complement our Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and strength training programs.”

Soul Shine Studios currently offers more than 20 classes each week and includes a gym with strength and cardio equipment. Owners say adding vitamin wellness services allows the facility to expand its focus on holistic health by combining movement, recovery and nutritional support in one location.

“Soul Shine has continued to grow since our founding in 2023,” said studio co-owner Jamie Couch. “We’ve worked to provide our community with an ever-growing variety of options to satisfy or exceed their health and wellness needs.”

Medical oversight for the new clinic will be provided through a partnership with Dr. Dane Flippin, founder of Arkansas Progressive Medicine and Jonesboro Laser Aesthetics.

Flippin, a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with more than 30 years of medical experience, specializes in regenerative and integrative medicine.

“Collaboration is the future of healthcare and wellness,” Flippin said. “By combining medical oversight with accessible wellness services, we’re able to provide safe, effective vitamin therapies that support energy, immune health, and overall well-being.”

Owners say the new clinic represents a broader shift toward wellness services that integrate fitness, recovery and preventative health in a single location.
