Bono Suspect Accused of Using Stolen Credit Card to Buy Firearm Online

JONESBORO, Ark. — A Bono suspect is accused of using another person’s credit card information to purchase a firearm through an online pawn shop system, according to a probable cause affidavit from the Jonesboro Police Department.

Police reported that on Sept. 10, 2025, a local pawn shop and federally licensed firearms dealer contacted authorities after a man later identified as Bari Graham, 24, used a credit card to pay online for a gun through the store’s purchasing system. Investigators said Graham later appeared in person to pick up the firearm and completed federal paperwork using his own identifying information, presenting a photo ID before leaving with the gun.

The transaction was later reported as fraudulent, and the pawn shop lost the money from the sale, the affidavit states. Officers attempted to contact Graham but were unable to reach him.

Police contacted the cardholder, who reportedly told officers she did not know Graham and did not authorize the transaction. She also told investigators she did not know how Graham obtained her card number.

Graham was arrested on charges of nonfinancial identity fraud, a Class C felony; theft of a firearm and computer fraud, both Class D felonies; and fraudulent use of a credit card.

His bail was set at $5,000 cash or surety. Police requested the amount as the suspect reportedly helped get the gun back and has no priors.

He is scheduled to appear in court April 23.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
