JONESBORO, Ark. — A Jonesboro woman has been arrested on a felony theft charge following an investigation into a shoplifting incident at Ulta.
Arianna Breche Love, 30, was arrested and charged with theft of property valued at $1,000 or less, second offense, a Class D felony, according to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Jonesboro Police Department.
An officer took a theft report Jan. 20 after store employees reported merchandise had been stolen from the Ulta location. The complainant told police Love was recognized because she previously worked at the store.
According to the affidavit, Love was observed walking around the store placing several items into an orange merchandise bag. Surveillance footage reportedly showed Love entering the restroom with the orange bag and later exiting without it while carrying only a purse.
Store employees later entered the restroom and recovered the orange merchandise bag containing stolen items. Police reported the total value of the merchandise was $139.
The affidavit states Love left the store without paying for the items and got into a silver Honda SUV. The vehicle’s license plate was obtained and included in the report. Police noted the incident was captured on video and uploaded into evidence.
Court records show Love has a prior theft of property conviction from 2025, resulting in the current charge being classified as a second offense felony.
Bail was set at $35,000. Love’s next court date is scheduled for March 20.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
