Neighbors say the issue has been ongoing.
“The owners won’t repair their fence, and the neighbors in that area are very annoyed,” said Jodi Suttles.
“I don’t know how many times my neighbors and I have called about this — goats destroying our yard,s and now they are crossing the highway. It’s going to cause an accident,” wrote a second neighbor.
“My parents and their neighbors are tired of it,” a third person added online.
