JONESBORO, Ark., Nov. 14, 2025– NEA Baptist and UnitedHealthcare have reached an agreement that allows NEA Baptist to remain an in-network health care provider for more than 30,000 community members with UnitedHealthcare insurance in Northeast Arkansas.
This agreement applies to employer-sponsored and Medicare Advantage UnitedHealthcare insurance plans and is effective immediately.
We are pleased to have reached an agreement with United Healthcare for continued access to high-quality care at NEA Baptist. Providing access to exceptional health care for this community is our priority. Reaching this agreement was essential to ensuring our patients receive the care they need and our caregivers receive support to provide an expert system of care where love abounds so that God can do the impossible. These are vital elements in delivering on our mission. We are grateful for our community’s patience as we navigated this process and advocated for access to excellent care for this community.
