Proclamation: Mississippi County Judge John Alan Nelson (second from right), presents a proclamation of support from the county to the Mississippi County Hospital System and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University. MCHS and NYITCOM at A-State announced a partnership Thursday through which the two institutions will collaborate on clinical operations and establish a family medicine residency.
