Domino’s Plans New Location in Bono; Construction Set for 2025

BONO, Ark. — A commercial property in Bono has been sold to make way for a new Domino’s Pizza location, with construction expected to begin in summer 2025.

The property at 200 N. Main St. was previously owned by a local investor and represented by Meredith Edwards of Coldwell Banker Village Communities. The buyer, a longtime Domino’s client, was represented by Heather Talley of The CRE Group.

Aspen Prime Construction, a Bono-based construction firm, will serve as the contractor for the project.

Talley said the transaction involved strong collaboration between local professionals and companies, which she believes will help ensure the success of the upcoming build.

“Meredith [Edwards] is always a delight with work with and represented her company and client with great compassion and professionalism; she truly cares about her people, and that made this process even more enjoyable. Jack [Turner] with Aspen Prime Construction has been a huge asset to ensure our projects are being handled with the care and attention to detail required by this national QSR. We are grateful to work with local companies and professionals to see these plans come to life.”

Domino’s has not yet announced an opening date for the Bono location.
