JONESBORO, Ark. — Authorities are investigating a homicide after a body was discovered Friday evening in Jonesboro.
Around 10:17 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, the Jonesboro Police Department responded to a call about an unresponsive person located at 111 Daybreak, a statement posted to social media said. When they arrived, they located a deceased male lying in the parking lot.
This death is being investigated as a homicide, police said.
Detectives with the JPD Criminal Investigation Division have been called to the scene.
