JONESBORO, Ark. – A murder investigation was underway early Friday in Jonesboro.
A shaker time after midnight on March 10, the Jonesboro Police Department responded to the 600 block of Southwest Drive for a shooting incident. Officers discovered Nicholas Childs, 37, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound when they arrived. He died at the scene, police say.
The Criminal Investigation Division was working this homicide case Friday morning.
