Gas station robbed at gunpoint

Jonesboro, Ark. – A local business was robbed at gunpoint early Wednesday in Jonesboro.

It happened right around 2 AM on December 7 at Kum and Go, 680 Southwest Drive in Jonesboro. Most of the details in the felony report are masked by police. A single suspect is listed in the report, which says the business was robbed with a firearm.

A male, 21, was working at the time of the robbery.

$126.06 was stolen from the store registers, the report says.

A possible suspect vehicle was reported nearby, with a van the suspect ran to and entered parked on overpass south of incident location. It is listed as a silver Chevy Venture.

The possible charges the suspect faces includes felony aggravated assault, felony aggravated robbery, and misdemeanor theft. For context, that means committing at least two felonies to steal a misdemeanor sum.
