Jonesboro Police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting that happened at the intersection of Countryview Circle and South Caraway RD on November 22, 2021.
Officers responded to a “Shots Fired” call around 3:30 p.m. in the area south of town. A short time later, officers responded to a local hospital when Devonte Wesson was admitted for injuries sustained in this shooting.
Mr. Wesson later died from his wounds on November 26.
Deangelo Lewis, of Jonesboro, was arrested on Wednesday, December 1 for his connection to this shooting.
He was booked into the Craighead County Detention Center where he will await his Probable Cause Hearing.
