
PARAGOULD, Ark. – Police have released details about a robbery early Thursday morning in Paragould.
At approximately 4:40 a.m. Thursday morning, Paragould Emergency Services received a call from the cashier at Flash Market, located at 1005 E. Kingshighway, regarding an aggravated robbery that had just occurred. This was according to a release from the Paragould Police Department.
Officers were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Upon officers’ arrival, it was learned that a single male entered the store, brandished a firearm, and demanded money. After the cashier complied with the demand, the offender exited the store and fled the scene.
No one was injured during this incident.

Paragould Police detectives have continued to investigate an armed robbery that occurred at Flash Market, 1005 East Kingshighway, on 01/30/2020.
Video footage was obtained of a white 94 to 2001 Dodge Ram extended cab pickup truck with a tool box in the back leaving the establishment at the time of the robbery. The vehicle left the area eastbound on Hwy 412.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5’4” to 5’6”. He was wearing work boots, a camouflage coat, and a red cap with unknown white writing on it. The witness stated that he had a “scruffy” beard and mustache, had reddish brown hair, and was heavy set.
