
LYNN, Ark. – Two people have been found shot to death this morning in Lynn, a rural community in Lawrence County, according to radio traffic from responders on the scene.
At 6:44 AM, the initial call came in stating there was one self-inflicted gunshot wound at the 1500-block of Highway 25 in Lynn, close to Strawberry. At 6:49 AM, updated information suggested two victims of gunshot wounds.
After arriving on the scene, the Strawberry Fire Department radioed back to dispatch that both people were deceased. The Lawrence County Coroner was then called to the scene.

On November 22, 2019 Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies, Arkansas State Police, along with first responders were dispatched to a residence just outside of Strawberry, Arkansas around 7:00 A.M. Deputies arrived on scene and found two deceased persons at the residence. We believe it is an isolated incident and preceive no apparent danger to the community. Both bodies have been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab. This is an ongoing investigation and more information will be released at a later date.
