Jonesboro murder suspect arrested in Bald Knob

JONESBORO, Ark. – A murder suspect in a Jonesboro case has been arrested after being on the run for two days.

KARK Reporter Susanne Brunner first posted that Robert Curtis Robinson Jr. was arrested by U.S. Marshals and ACC Thursday after being on the run for two days in a case out of Jonesboro.

JPD since confirmed Robinson was arrested in connection with the murder of 33-year-old Felecia Channell in Jonesboro.

Channell was found dead Tuesday night in the bedroom of her home with a plastic bag over her head and her hands bound behind her back.

Family members who had previously shared posts indicating Robinson was the alleged killer have since posted that the same suspect was arrested
