PARAGOULD, Ark. – One of the more unusual sights ever shown on NEA Report has authorities in Greene County baffled.
A dead deer was found in the road early Tuesday morning on Red Oak in Paragould. The deer’s head was placed on a pillow. It’s covered in Twizzlers with the open bag left on it.
A reward is being offered for information.
Arkansas Wildlife Officer David Evans asked for the public to contact him, Paragould police, or the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission office in Jonesboro.
Some speculated it was a Satanic ritual. Others said it was probably an attempt at humor after someone hit the deer.
The wildlife officer posting the image didn’t seem amused.
