
BATESVILLE, Ark. – A number find themselves accused of drug charges after a felony warrant sweep between Cleburne and Independence county authorities.
On Tuesday, March 13, 2018 the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force, Independence County Sheriff’s Office, Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office, Probation and Parole, and Batesville PD conducted a sweep of wanted people. We were able to find and arrest 16 on Possession and Delivery warrants. A total of 18 individuals were taken into custody on felony warrants during this warrant sweep.
Jeremy Scales — Delivery of controlled substance
Christian Shetron – Delivery of controlled substance
James Gray – 2 counts Delivery of controlled substance
Jessie L Wells – Delivery of controlled substance
Jimmy Lewis – Delivery of controlled substance (also will receive new charges)
Joseph Satterwhite – 2 counts Delivery of controlled substance (Found in Sharp Co.)
Gerald Swaim – Delivery of controlled substance
Noah Woolery – Delivery of controlled substance
Roy Cooksey – 3 counts Delivery of controlled substance
David Johnston – 3 counts Delivery of controlled substance
Tara Dunegan – Delivery of controlled substance (Found in Perry County)
Joshua Henry – 2 counts Delivery of Controlled Substance
Pat Lambert – Delivery of controlled substance
Justin Bridgeman – Delivery of controlled substance
Mark Northcutt – Delivery of controlled substance
Lacosta Lopez – Possession of controlled substance and Maintaining a drug Premises.
New Charges:
Jaimey Durbin – arrested on an outstanding absconder warrant and will receive new charges of possession of firearms by certain persons.
Johnny Gray – arrested and will be charged with Possession of Controlled Substance
