
HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – On December 14, 2017 the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office received information about a large amount of marijuana being stored at a house in the Pearson area of Cleburne County.
A joint investigation was opened, and detectives from the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office, along with members of the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force, the Heber Springs Police Department, and the 20th Judicial Drug Task Force, obtained and served a search warrant at a house on Pearson Road. During the execution of the search warrant, Detectives seized approximately 22 pounds of high-grade marijuana, which appeared to be packaged for resale.
Terry Brown, 30, of Heber Springs was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Maintaining a Drug Premises, Drug Paraphernalia, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
