
RANDOLPH COUNTY, Ark. – Tragedy struck Randolph County on Tuesday as a 37-year-old woman was killed pulling out onto the highway.
It happened at 11:35 AM Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017. Holly Dorman, 37, of Maynard, was killed when she pulled out from a private drive onto Highway 67 in front of a 2012 Volvo semi-truck, the report from Arkansas State Police Trooper Gary Ladner said. The semi-truck struck the driver’s side at the area of the highway just north of Long Road.
Dorman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Weather conditions were listed as clear and roads were said to be dry, the trooper reported. Next of kin was notified.
