Vehicle left the scene described as a 2015 Dodge
CRITTENDEN COUNTY, Ark. – A minor was killed Saturday night in Crittenden County from a hit and run, a report with Arkansas State Police said.
At 10:59 p.m., Saturday night, Nov. 18, 2017, a Paragould minor was at I-55 in the southbound lane at the 14-mile marker. It happened when the minor, a pedestrian, was trying to cross the southbound lane of traffic, the state police report said. She stepped in front of a vehicle that struck and killed him.
The vehicle then left the scene, the report said.
The suspect vehicle was described as a 2015 Dodge, driving southbound on I-55 at about 10:59 p.m. Saturday night. Someone knows who this is – but it isn’t Arkansas State Police – yet.
Weather and road conditions were clear and dry respectively. Next of kin was also notified, the report said.
