JONESBORO, Ark. – Two pieces of property were closed on by two national hotel development groups, reports Haag Brown Commercial.
In the press release, Haag Brown Commercial said it is elated to announce TWO closings to national hotel development groups. The two transactions are completely separate, but are close in proximity as they are both directly off of Red Wolf Blvd.
Earlier in the year, Zac Qualls represented Red Wolf Holdings, LLC in their acquisition of a 2.71 acre lot between Sumo and FFO Home. Both Zac and Joshua Brown represented the property’s owner, G & P Development, LLC, in the transaction.
“Our firm does not focus on hotels,” Brown said. “But, our agents have worked several dozen leads and pushed these two deals thru the finish line. These transactions coupled with the national brand hotels currently under construction says something extremely positive about the Jonesboro economy.”
In October, G2 H2 Jonesboro AR, LLC purchased a 2.61 acre lot directly behind Red Lobster. Joshua Brown represented the property’s owner, 3B Holdings, LLC, while Nathan Eller represented the purchaser, G2 H2 Jonesboro, AR, LLC.
“These deals are hard to get done,” said Haag Brown Principle Greg Haag. “Nathan and Zac showed perseverance and patience getting them finished.”
