BUFFALO CITY, Ark. – One person is dead after a boating accident in Baxter County, the sheriff reported via Facebook.
It happened near the unincorporated community of Buffalo City on the White River in Baxter County, said Sheriff John Montgomery’s staff via Facebook. A boat overturned but few other details were available.
Update – 2:55 p.m. – A body has been recovered.
