
JONESBORO, Ark. – Police are actively investigating a reported rape from May of this year in Jonesboro.
The alleged incident was reported at 5:17 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, but was alleged to have taken place May 1. It was reported in a residential area south of I-555 in the Jonesboro city limits.
Most details, including the incident report, were not available due to the case being under active investigation, said Paul Holmes, JPD Information Specialist.
The modus operandi was said to be a forcible rape of the victim by the suspect.
