
JONESBORO, Ark. – Two men are suspects in an incident where a set of apartments was riddled with bullets.
At 4:15 a.m. Tuesday morning, Jonesboro Police Department was dispatched to 604 Poplar, where a man said just 15 minutes prior, he had heard four to six shots fired, the incident report shows. He looked outside and saw two men standing next to a car.
A small grouping of bullet holes in the glass section of a screen door was observed. A bullet grazed a door, along with a car nearby.
A black .22 caliber rifle was found lying underneath one of the vehicles in the parking lot. The black Smith & Wesson .22 with a black plastic magazine and 6 .22 bullets was seized and placed in the evidence locker at JPD.
