Joshua Dewayne Jarboe, 26, of Atlanta, Ga. was arrested around 11 a.m. Tuesday morning by police in Jonesboro. The arrest happened at the 600-block of Melrose Street at the home of Felicia Vincent, 30.
It began as a call for a domestic dispute but when the officers arrived, they found drugs, according to Jonesboro Police Department Information Specialist Paul Holmes.
Jarboe and Vincent were both arrested. The two who were arrested both face several felony charges.
