Two members of the Arkansas State University Board of Trustees, Howard Slinkard and Stacy Crawford, will be part of a small Arkansas State University delegation traveling to Queretaro, Mexico, through Thursday.
The A-State delegation will tour construction of the A-State campus in Queretaro site, receive updates on the campus and meet with local business leaders. They will also attend a press conference being planned by Arkansas State University Campus Queretaro, the private business foundation that is funding and building the $75 million campus that will open in fall 2017.
A-State officials will be available to local media to provide updates on the Queretaro campus when they return.
