PARAGOULD, Ark. – The experts may say they’re of little threat, but it is hard to not be cautious when one sees a funnel cloud.
On Monday afternoon in Greene County, several reported seeing funnel clouds in the skies as a line of noisy storms moved through the area.
KAIT Chief Meteorologist Ryan Vaughan replied to one concerned Facebook tag, calling it a “cold air funnel,” and calming concerns with the detail of it carrying “no threat of touching down.”
