HARRISBURG, Ark. — Two Harrisburg residents were killed when a pickup left a city roadway, struck an embankment and overturned, according to an Arkansas State Police fatal crash summary.
Floyd Leonard Pretty, 56, was driving a 2000 GMC Sierra south on Mills Road near West Griffin Street when the vehicle left the roadway and crashed at about midnight Friday, Sept. 18, the preliminary summary states.
Pretty and a passenger, Gina Annette Moore, 60, were killed. Both were from Harrisburg. No other injuries were listed.
State police reported clear weather and dry road conditions at the time of the crash. Sgt. Tommy L. Fitzgerald investigated.
ASP cautions that its fatal crash summaries contain preliminary findings and may not reflect facts later included in the final investigative report.
