NORTHEAST ARKANSAS – Domino’s continues its expansion across Northeast Arkansas with the opening of two new locations, with The CRE Group representing the tenant in securing both sites. Principal Broker and Owner, Heather Talley, served as the tenant broker on each transaction.
The newest stores are now open in West Paragould and Brookland. The West Paragould location, at 4407 Kingshighway, is now open for business, while the Brookland location, at 8027 Highway 49, opened on March 30.
These two openings mark the 39th and 40th locations for the owner, who operates across Northeast Arkansas. In addition to expanding access to Domino’s products, the new locations also create local job opportunities. The owner remains actively engaged in the communities he serves and is committed to continued growth in the region.
Construction and development for the new locations were completed by local partners. Aspen Prime Construction handled the build-out for the West Paragould store, while NEA Plumbing and Construction completed the Brookland location. Gazaway and White Real Estate represented property ownership for both sites.
Both locations are now open and serving customers.
