PARAGOULD, Ark. — A death investigation is underway after officers responding to a disturbance call were directed to a deceased individual inside a residence, according to the Paragould Police Department.
Capt. Jason Elms said Paragould Emergency Services received a 911 call at approximately 5:46 p.m. reporting a disturbance in the 800 block of North 3rd Street. When officers arrived on scene, they were guided to a deceased individual inside the home.
No additional details — including the identity of the deceased, the cause of death, or whether foul play is suspected — have been released.
The investigation remains active.
