Two Arrested in Separate Paragould Breaking or Entering Cases

PARAGOULD, Ark. — Paragould police arrested two people in unrelated breaking and entering cases reported on Aug. 10.

In one case, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of South 12th Street regarding an active vehicle break-in, the probable cause affidavit said. The alleged victim told police that when she arrived home, she found a man, identified as Robert Davis, inside her vehicle going through her property.

The victim said she confronted Davis, who then fled to a nearby apartment. Surveillance video captured the incident, according to police. Officers reviewed the footage, located Davis, and took him into custody.

Davis faces a Class D felony charge of breaking or entering.

No information about bond was available.

In a separate incident the same day, officers were called to a hospital at 900 W. Kingshighway after a woman was reportedly seen in a restricted area. Hospital staff told police that the suspect, identified as Casey Seymore, was caught in a restricted room going through medical records and prescription pads.

Police said a chair in the room was damaged, several items in the breakroom area had been moved, medical records had been placed in different areas, and prescription pads were found on the floor. Officers located Seymore and arrested her.

She faces a Class D felony charge of breaking or entering and a Class A misdemeanor charge of first-degree criminal mischief.
