Paragould Man Arrested Again for Felony Battery of Woman

PARAGOULD, Ark. — A man is back in jail after being arrested for third-degree battery involving the same alleged victim from a previous incident in Paragould.

Moses Paige, 66, of Paragould, was arrested for Third-Degree Domestic Battering, a Class D Felony, according to the probable cause affidavit.

Paragould police responded on March 19 to Greg Drive for a domestic disturbance where the alleged victim reported that the defendant, Paige, beat her up and threw her outside. Police noted the victim had several bruises and cuts on her face.

Paige was located inside the home and placed into custody.

The probable cause affidavit notes that Paige was convicted of the same charge against the same victim in December 2024. In that incident, Paige was accused of punching a woman during an argument involving alcohol.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
