Body of Missing 29-Year-Old Woman Identified in Blytheville

BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. — A missing persons case has come to a tragic end after a body found Saturday was identified as that of a missing woman.

On Saturday, December 28, 2024, officers with the Blytheville Police Department responded to the 800 block of Rosemond about the discovery of a body, a press release said. The deceased was later identified to be Madison Starnes.

Starnes was reported missing on or about December 8, 2024, by family.

Police said this incident is still under investigation. If the public has any information about it, they are encouraged to contact the Blytheville Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at 870-763-4411.
