WEST MEMPHIS, Ark.– An Oklahoma man was arrested for possession of drugs with intent to deliver this week in Crittenden County.
On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, around 3:20 p.m., an Arkansas State Police (ASP) Trooper initiated a traffic stop near the 265-mile marker on Interstate 40 Eastbound in Crittenden County.
During a search of the vehicle, the Trooper located various narcotics, including marijuana candy, hash powder, marijuana buds, and psychedelic mushrooms.
ASP transported the driver of the vehicle, William Mixon, 58, of Oklahoma, to the Crittenden County Detention Center, where he was charged with Possession of a Schedule I or II Substance that is not Methamphetamine or Cocaine with the Purpose to Deliver and Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance with the Purpose to Deliver.
