TRUMANN, Ark. – A suspect is facing charges of rape and incest in Trumann, a press release said.
On March 7, 2018 officers with the Trumann Police Department were contacted about rape and incestuous acts with mentally challenged victim.
The rape and incest had been occurring for a span of approximately six years.
Officers arrested Earnest Charles Lee for 5-14-103A (2) Rape; 5-26-202A Incest. A probable cause hearing was held on March 9, 2018 a bond of $250,000 cash only was set for the suspect. He is to appear in court on 04/23/18.
