Female Mountain Home suspect arrested for delivery of meth

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – A 21-year-old faces felony delivery charges for meth.

COURTNEY FAITH RAGLAND, 21 years old of rural Mountain Home, was arrested Sunday evening, August 27th, on an outstanding felony bench warrant for delivery of controlled substance.

Sheriff’s Investigators had obtained the warrant after an informant had purchased approximately 1.1 grams of methamphetamine for $100 from RAGLAND on March 13, 2017.  This transaction, which was monitored and recorded by investigators, took place at the Ultimate Car Wash in Mountain Home.  A cellular telephone was used to facilitate the transaction.

COURTNEY RAGLAND was arrested on the outstanding warrant and taken to the Detention Center where she was booked on charges of:

  • Delivery of Methamphetamine – Felony
  • Unlawful Use of Communications Device – Felony
  • Habitual Offender – Penalty Enhancement

RAGLAND remains in custody in lieu of $7,500 bond.  She is scheduled to appear in Circuit Court to answer on September 14th. RAGLAND has seven prior bookings in the Baxter County Jail, including several for drug offenses, and has previously been in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
