BLACK ROCK, Ark. – A large and frequently traveled bridge in Lawrence County was stopped this morning after a scare involving a troubled woman.
Traffic at the Black River Bridge in Black Rock was stopped this morning before 9 a.m. after a troubled woman walked out on the bridge with intentions to commit suicide, a law enforcement source told NEA Report.
The woman was stopped and no one was injured. It lasted about half an hour.
The woman was reportedly upset about personal matters.
