Perrin took a moment to praise first responders and police who responded to the bloody scene and worked diligently throughout the evening to make sense of the senseless.
“I can only say that I am heartened by the immediate and professional response of our first responders, and our thoughts and prayers go out to those personally affected by this horrible act of violence,” Perrin said.
