HOXIE, Ark. – The results of an economic study will be presented tomorrow evening in Hoxie and the subject is consolidation.
At 6 p.m. Thursday, March 16th the Walnut Ridge Economic Impact Committee will again present their findings followed by a question and answer period, this time at the Hoxie Church of Christ, located at 603 SW Broad Street in Hoxie.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
This will be the same briefing that was presented two weeks ago at the public meeting in Walnut Ridge, and will be the last public presentation of this study.
The Economic Impact Committee was established in 2016, to consider the impact a consolidation between Hoxie and Walnut Ridge would have on the City of Walnut Ridge.
