PARAGOULD, Ark. — A Greene County sheriff’s deputy was involved in a crash Friday morning while responding to a serious wreck on Highway 135 North, according to Sheriff Brad Snyder.
Snyder said the collision occurred on Highway 49 North near Utility Trailer as deputies were en route to the crash scene on Highway 135.
The deputy had emergency lights and siren activated at the time of the collision, the sheriff said.
No injuries were reported at the scene, according to Snyder.
The Paragould Police Department is investigating the crash. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office will also conduct an internal review of the incident.
